Athlete Performance

Raise your game or take your team to the next level. Our sports performance training programs provide individualized training based on personal goals and sport-specific demands. Our innovative approach to training – building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Athletes are closely supervised as the coaches take them through an intense 60-minute workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety.

Youth Performance (10-15yrs)

Individualized Program

Do you want your athlete to decrease injuries, increase performance and give your young athlete more opportunities for success? With our youth and high school athlete training programs, young athletes get the tools they need to improve strength, endurance, speed, power, and flexibility.

SCHEDULE (Month by Month)

Option 1 – 13 Sessions Per Month

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 
    • 3:30-4:30 PM (Year Round)

Option 2 – 9 Sessions Per Month

  • Tuesday & Thursday (Year Round)
    • 3:30-4:30 PM

Performance Academy

Sports Specific Coaching

Our Academy training programs combine sport-specific training, nutrition(optional), and manual therapy to ensure optimal performance for the preseason, in-season, and offseason of any sport. We can tailor our performance training programs for the needs of your sport.

SCHEDULE (Year Round)

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    • 6:30-7:30AM, 7:30-8:30AM, 8:30-9:30AM, 4:30-5:30PM & 5:30-6:30PM
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (7:30AM)
    • 5:30AM, 11:30AM, 4:30-5:30PM & 5:30-6:30PM
